Sound In Silence is proud to announce the return of Great Panoptique Winter, presenting their new album This Time Alone.

This is their second release on the label after the highly acclaimed, and already sold out, debut album Wildness back in 2015.

Great Panoptique Winter is the once-a-decade collaboration of Jason Sweeney (Panoptique Electrical, Pretty Boy Crossover) and Richard Adams (The Declining Winter, Hood).

This Time Alone consists of six tracks, expertly mastered by George Mastrokostas (Absent Without Leave), clocking in at nearly half an hour. Sweeney and Adams swapped files during a particularly dark UK winter and sickly Australian summer during times of upheaval for both artists. The two are yet to meet in person but the distance between them seems to inspire a vastness of sound and a sonic conversation that, perhaps, would otherwise not be found inside a shared studio. The result is an album that, while inspired by the darker parts of their existence, also offers moments of light and hope channeling those brighter moments where anything seems possible.
